They press oil from the yuzu within 24 hours after harvesting, which ensures that it retains its fresh aroma and flavor. Then the yuzu oil is blended with mild and smooth Taggiasca EVOO from Liguria, Italy. With a refreshing yuzu citrus aroma and a hint of fruitiness, Yuzu Extra Virgin Olive Oil is perfect finishing oil, complementing salads, bread, grilled dishes, and even desserts!
