This ice cream mix is actually utilized by many professional chefs at their kitchens in Japan. But you don't need to be a talented Japanese chef to make this--you only need to decide whether you will use whole milk, soy milk, almond milk, or another type of milk to mix with the ice cream mix.

1. Put a bag of mix into a bowl.
2. Add 200ml (approximately 0.84 cup) cold milk and stir well for about 2 minutes.
3. Place it in the freezer for about 3 hours. Enjoy as it is or with your favorite toppings such as kinako (soy bean powder), black sesame powder, mochi and whipped cream.
