Germinated or sprouted brown rice has fifteen times more gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) than standard brown rice. GABA is known to help protect the brain from harmful amino acids as well as to boost the central nervous system’s ability to support good sleep and reduce stress. On top of GABA, germinated brown rice has gamma oryzanol, an antioxidant that keeps cells healthy and moderates cholesterol levels. Akitakomachi Company’s gluten free spaghetti is a GFCO (Gluten-Free Certification Organization) certified product and non-GMO. No sodium or colorants are used.
You can cook this GABA-rich, gluten-free spaghetti just like regular spaghetti. Bring water to a boil, add some salt, add the spaghetti, and cook for 4-5 minutes—cooking time is shorter than for dried spaghetti because it’s only half-dried.
