Made with carefully selected, domestically grown rice and non-GMO corn, this traditional Japanese-style ramen has a chewy texture and hearty flavor so close to traditional wheat-based ramen noodles that you won’t be able to tell the difference. Its main ingredient, Japonica rice, is known to produce a fluffy and chewy texture, clearly differentiating it from Indica rice. Accordingly, compared to other rice noodles such as rice vermicelli and pho, Toa Foods’ Gluten Free Ramen Noodles have a completely different taste. The hint of sweetness from corn makes it even more enticing. Also unique to this product is that it employs a traditional drying method. Taking 12-15 hours to dry, this contributes to the noodles’ smooth surface and chewy texture. The noodles can be used in various styles of ramen dishes from classic to creative and even in a ramen salad! No colorants, additives, or sodium are used.

You can cook Toa Foods’ Gluten Free Ramen Noodles just like regular dried, chilled or frozen ramen noodles. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 4-4.5 minutes for a soft texture. Once the noodles are done, drain completely, and transfer to a bowl with soup immediately. The longer they are exposed to the air, the stickier they get, so quick action is required. We recommend to prepare broth and garnishes in advance and set them aside until the noodles are done. Enjoy the gluten free noodles with your favorite ramen soup.

Amazing taste & texture

At first I wasn’t sold, but then my fiancé made it and I don’t know what he did differently, but he made it perfect. It tastes the closest to gluten-filled ramen noodles I’ve ever tried. I can tell that it’s made of high quality rice, you can really taste it, and like the description says, it tastes different from other rice noodles. And the texture is delectable. I’m so glad I stumbled across this. It was PERFECT for the amazing ramen noodle soup my fiancé made.

Out of all the gluten free ramen brands I've tried these were the absolute best.

They have a good clean flavor even apart from the broth. They DO NOT have a chemically flavor or a gummy texture that some other brands do.
