Spray water lightly over the wrap to moisten it before using. Once it softens, you can use it for sushi rolls, spring rolls, or sandwich wraps. In addition to making rolls and wrapping food, you can also fold it into a cup or box shape to be used as a food casing. If you add more water, it will take on a gel-like consistency and can then be made into daikon jelly for decoration or even daikon soup!
