This is a truly special mayonnaise: unlike the majority of American mayo products, Japanese mayo uses only the egg yolk, mixed with rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar. But there is more to the process of "Sei-agri Egg" Japanese Mayonnaise. The "sei-agri" is a natural feeding method of feeding hens with only homemade, additive-free organic food. Japanese mayo made with the yolks of sei-agri eggs exhibits a remarkably rich flavor. Additionally, a specially made vacuum sealed pot in used in order to remove the air while emulsifying the mayo, which further helps to preserve the amazing flavor. Contains no additives.

You probably don't need any instruction on how to use such a popular and versatile condiment, but here are a few new suggestions. Use it to flavor and enhance sushi, pasta, burgers, pizza, grilled pork chops, okonomiyaki, yakisoba, sandwiches, tacos, and many other types of foods and cuisines. It also can be used as a savory dipping sauce for vegetable sticks, French fries, karaage, and chicken nuggets. Mixing it with soy sauce or shichimi pepper is also very common in Japan.

Cotton Seed Oil, Apple Vinegar, Egg Yolk, Sugar, Salt, Mustard.

Unique tasting mayonnaise

If you want the experience of mayonnaise where you can really taste the eggs, then I would recommend this mayonnaise. If not, stick to what you know and like or love.

Great flavor!

This is the best Japanese mayonnaise I have had, including the housemade at a now-defunct local Japanese eatery. We will definitely be buying more of this!

Best Mayo

I saw the great reviews and bought this to try. Totally agree with others that this mayo has strong egg flavor and pleasant taste. We spread it on bread and compared with Kewpie. We even used it to make ornigri with tomago. This one totally won. My son used it everyday on different meals. I reordered a second one in a week. :)
