Almighty dashi!

This is such a wonderful ready-made product that you can store in the refrigerator and use it right away without brewing dashi from the scratch. You can use it for soba/udon noodle dipping sauce, miso soup base, Oyako-don, Gyu-don, chicken karaage seasoning or Gyoza dipping sauce etc. It's concentrated and you can dilute it to change the saltiness. Love it!
