This yuzu vinegar, made from the yuzu fruit, a citrus fruit harvested in Japan, is the ideal condiment for many different foods and dishes. If you've ever used yuzu juice before, you know how overpowering it can be. But this yuzu citrus vinegar has been specially blended with the delicately sweet juice of hand-peeled daidai orange, which is mild in its acidity and fragrance. The result is a gentle and harmonious blend of citrus that is milder than plain yuzu juice and lends itself well to sauces, marinades, dressings, and to flavor other ingredients. It is ideal for foods with highly distinctive flavors and can be used sparingly to add a touch of citrus flavor to milder foods.

Simply add a few drops of this gold-colored vinegar to any dish for a refreshing and luxurious flavor of citrus. With this yuzu vinegar, you can create amazingly delicious vinaigrettes, nabe (hotpot), soup, sauces, dashi broth, olive oil or buttery sauce pasta, cocktails, mocktails, jam, sorbet, jelly and much more. Put some in a spray bottle and spray it on foods for a slight citrus flavor as you cook or grill fish or meat.

You can also make your own delicious yuzu dressing by mixing the following ingredients together: (5tbsp ponzu / 5tbsp salad oil / 1tsp French mustard / 1tsp grainy mustard/pepper to taste). You can substitute olive oil or sesame oil for salad oil to create another delicious dressing. When you use sesame oil, add a spicy kick of shichimi pepper or ichimi pepper.
