Profoundly deep and delicious taste
Very nice flavor and mouth-feel. Expensive!
A few drops will impart a great depth to raw or steamed fish. Also very nice when used as a dipping sauce for slices of rare beef. Pricey for the size of the bottle, but worth it for the deep umami flavor.
I looked for white bean paste for NERIKIRI kneaded dough, but the Japanese food supermarket only had azuki bean paste. I mixed it with shiratama flour and was able to make kneaded dough. It tasted great.
I absolutely love this soy sauce! Makes a huge difference when cooking . Will never buy the cheap soy sauce again
